Lungs / Respiritory System
Fresh air – get outside often during the day while at work, ventilate the car by putting the windows down every 10 minutes, sleep with open windows. Where stale air is unavoidable use a fan to move it, even a small desk fan at work will be better than nothing.
Red potatoes sliced, squeeze on fresh lemon juice & sprinkle with plenty of sea salt. Eat raw.
Also 2 oz (60 ml) red potato juice twice a day will help.
Peppermint oil inhaled from the palms of the hands 2-3 times per day. Peppermint contains 9 expectorant compounds. Its main active component, menthol, has mucus-thinning properties.
Walk every day day & breathe in through the nose & out through the mouth for at least 20 minutes at a time & build up to 30-45 minutes
Get some plants for indoors to improve air quality, especially in the bedroom.
Give up meat (cadaverines), intestinal cleanse
Apples are lung food, they help you to breath, eat at least 1 every day.
Ginger treats chest congestion; ginger, mustard, garlic, and horseradish are good for thinning mucus and propelling it out of the lungs, and basil helps mucus move up from deeper in the lungs.
Cardamom is high in cineole, a potent expectorant compound.
Add red radishes to the diet.
Peppermint oil plus eucalyptus oil & tea tree oil - blend 1 part each and rub onto the chest 3-4 times per day plus breathing it in
Rock salt for a lung infection, suck on it all day
Acupuncture often leads to significant improvement of chronic lung conditions.
Kale is very beneficial to the stomach and can alleviate lung congestion. It is abundant in sulphur.
Eat Vitamin C rich foods, raw onions & garlic. Spicy food breaks up congestion.
Chlorophyll helps detoxify the liver and colon which is necessary for good lung function. Foods high in chlorophyll contain the highest dietary sources of calcium & magnesium which boost the nervous system which reduces constriction in the lungs.
Chlorophyll cocktail:
Juice: 5 oz celery, 2 oz kale or collard greens, 2 oz alfalfa and/or parsley, 1 clove garlic, 1oz lemon, 1/3 onion. Sip slowly. Don’t get hung up on precise measurements.
The brain controls the lungs and tells them to breathe. The heart will pump without the brain telling it to but the lungs need the brain to instruct them. Eat nuts (especially walnuts & almonds) and watermelon to keep the brain in good condition & sending the right signals.
Snoring / Sleep Apnoea
Lay on your side to sleep, not on your back. Treat nasal blockages (next heading), avoid alcohol and sedatives, lose weight (if overweight).
Line the inside of the nose with a good quality cold pressed extra virgin olive oil by dipping your finger in the oil then sticking it up your nose and wiping it all the way around, both nostrils.
Sinuses
In addition to the MMS/CDS protocols below and the lung suggestions above which will assist the overall respiratory system, use a saline solution nasal spray with peppermint oil & eucalyptus oil 3-5 times per day.
Skin
The skin, including the hair and nails is a vital organ of the respiratory system and is meant to breathe. It absorbs air and moisture and anything else that it comes into contact with including toxic chemicals from antiperspirants, sun screens, make-up etc. It also eliminates waste from the cells of the body and excretes through the skin & via sweat glands, in other words it has a two way cytophylactic action (stuff in, stuff out).
In order for it to function correctly it must be kept clear of obstructions and especially toxic chemicals.
Exfoliate regularly, have saunas, and feed the skin with plant based body butters & oils like organic cold pressed coconut oil.
Build a suntan for at least 3 months of the year for a healthy liver which directly affects the health of the skin.
Allergies
Dehydration is a major cause of allergies, have plenty of water & plenty of fresh juices.
Antibiotics are the most common types of medicines that cause allergic reactions. Over-the-counter drugs may also cause them.
Raw, wild harvested, organic honey - 1 teaspoon every day.
A water fast for 21 days will cure virtually all allergies.
General
Daily water intake should be 1 litre for every 22kg of body weight – remember to shake it or smash it up first.
Salt intake is very important, in fact the only way you can have too much salt is if you don’t have enough water, and vice-versa. Make sure its good clean sea salt or rock salt, sun evaporated with no added anti-caking agents, aluminium etc.
Breathe! Make a habit of sucking in some big ones often – first thing when you wake up, during the day and last thing before you sleep. In through the nose, out through the mouth.
Get plenty of sunshine, it’s the largest source of everything, not just vitamin D.
Move – you have to walk or move to get the lymphatic system to dump toxic residues into the excretory system & remove them from your body. Swing your arms, stretch, rotate your feet when sitting etc.
Clean & Detoxify
Start with 2 teaspoons of sea salt in 1 litre of clean, filtered water & drink first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything. This can be done every day but at least once or twice a week to get started.
Colonic / Enema – buy a do-it-yourself kit (or make one), or book into a clinic that does them. A clean colon is vital to health. You can use salt water for this and you can follow up with MMS later as well to kill off pathogens & parasites faster.
Senna tea is also good for cleaning things out, plus green teas will help keep things clean.
Eat only plant foods – vegetables, fruits, nuts, grains, seeds, legumes etc. If you can manage 80% raw and 20% lightly steamed for 30 days you’ll get the job done.
Eliminate meat, processed foods, refined sugar, refined flour, preservatives, artificial colours & flavours, sweeteners, soda drinks etc.
Homework
Look at the labels of any drugs you’ve been prescribed and Google them, eg type in “side effects of Nexium” and look at a few websites to understand what happens with these drugs. They are all very toxic.
Grab your anti-antiperspirant and do the same thing, except instead of typing in the brand name type in the names of the first few ingredients and start with “side effects of ….” or “adverse reactions to …..”
In order to ease into this in a way that won’t overwhelm, you might need some guidance as to how to pull all this together, so there’s some suggestions following. While getting started you might source some red-skinned potatoes, peppermint oil, honey, a home colonic kit etc and introduce these along the way.
Maybe leave the MMS for the first week – it’s up to you, if you think you can handle it all at once, go for it. CDS is milder yet still very effective and now we have CDH as well which seems to be the preferred method for most situations.
No need for me to include an apple a day or all the stuff already mentioned, just fit those into your day.
