Sungazing in the morning and in the evening re-establishes the emotional neuro-chemistry of the brain.

Intimacy and lots of touch... Even having a pet to care for.

Eating a variety of "nuts" especially brazil nuts and walnuts even pine nuts that target the pineal of the brain.

Laughter... Even organizing a laughter/humour club that meets often.

Walking and drinking water as you walk.

No psychiatric meds of any kind... They are the leading cause of suicides even more so than a lack of sunshine.
